And sometimes it takes a snow day just to bring out the best. What a day of blowing snow, a white blanket settle over the city. Since I have no place to go, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. It will be a day of crafting. I pick up some great red branches on my walk the other day, along with raspberry twine and a few I can't identify. I have been wanting to make a wreath, perfect day today.I also have some wool I need to make into slippers for Christmas, and of coarse you just have to bake on a day like this, just to fill the house with those yummy smells, for all those who come in from this blizzard of a day.
So my son will trod off to the shed to finally put away his bike, and pull out the shovels and let the winter fun begin. Stay warm and cozy, be safe if you have to go out today.

It certainly is starting to look a lot like Christmas. A good day for a short walk with the days and then hit the kitchen and fill the house with the wonderful aroma of baking. Enjoy your day!!
