what a day to head to the beach.

The water looked nice enough to swim in, the sand was warm, and the sun felt great. ( I just ignore the dark clouds to the west)
I have been back to my walking routine and wow, what a difference that makes.
The choice to feel better, and do better and be better really is a choice. It is amazing some of the conversations you can have with a person, they can help you through the dark times with some wonderful ideas.
There really are Angels among us.
So with eyes and heart wide open look around and see what you can see. The eyes are the door to the soul, let yourself free to explore what you are about.
Remember its all a choice.
