Emotions are celebrated and repressed, analyzed and medicated, adored and ignored -- but rarely, if ever, are they honored. Karla McLaren

Can you imagine the number of emotion we go through our entire lifetime. They are the totality of what or who we become. They are the teachers in our lives guiding us through times in our lives that are not always pleasant, but roads we must walk down. If we look and listen close enough we can find their reason . What we do with it is also a learning process. Choice. Choose to make better choices.
At this time in my life I feel somewhat" lost" in the middle of my life. But I know things will change just as the seasons do. The weather has been co operating with my emotions, absolutely beautiful for walking and getting some sunshine. I love the quote " and this too shall pass" never far from my lips these days.
So today as i walked I honored all my emotions
sadness,
loneliness,
fear
anger
joy
my disappointments
awe- the sunset almost brought me to my knees.
my love
my sufferings
my hope

I gave each one there time, and then moved on. I came home and finished working on a project I started, I hope you like it.

be well,
Kathy xx

Sweetheart this is beautiful... Yes, honor the emotions, honor the good and the bad.
