Keep looking up, who cares if you trip on your own feet. The ski is the limit. There is so many wonderful things right under our noses. Forget about the Jones', live your own life. What makes you happy? Blowing bubbles, riding a bike, sitting on the roof watching the stars, building sand castles, playing in the bush with the kids, random acts of kindness, laughing until your crying, crying until your laughing. Take a walk and really look around. How many colors do you see? How many details can you pick out? Listen to everything that is happening around you. How many sounds can you identify? Think about what kind of day you want, maybe the next person you meet is having a terrible day, be patient and kind. Walk the path of a wee one, and be amazed by the butterfly, the bumble bee and the chipmunks, and the most amazing rock or pebble that catches your eye. It is like meditating and you don't even know it. We all have our "things" to deal with, why not find away to get through them with a little more comfort and joy.
