Ground hog Day

Well, I saw my shadow today......

Six more weeks of winter, or six weeks until spring.
Either way, I have decided to try and learn something new everyday for the month of February. The Toronto star runs a column in Saturday's paper Ten things we learned this week. Some are bizzard, funny, outrageous and quite interesting. So I thought with this month being heart month, why not get the brain involved too.

So day 1 I learned what an Inversion (meteorology) was
when ground-level air temperatures are cool, and high-level air temperatures are warmer), my brother lives in Trail BC. and he was telling me about the lack of snow in the mountains for skiing. That is when he told me about the inversions. Town temperatures are colder than in the mountains. This resulting in more snow melting.

day 2- I learned that you can pull an arm muscle playing with the Wii. ( especially tennis & bowling)

take care, lets how smart I can get in a month, LOL
P.s I am loving this whipped soap idea. Wow what fun. I will add some pictures tomorrow.
