I would like to say that I am a "newbie" to this whole blogging thing. I have had some fun figuring my way around, and glad I have stumbled on to a few of your sites. I am quite new to crafting. I was a very avid crafter as a child. It would start with Halloween decorations, and jump right into Christmas. I can thank my Aunt Sophie for that. Her basement would become craft central. She had it all. As time went on and life happened I forgot how much I enjoyed it.
Slowly as the years went by it kept pulling at me, Christmas projects, i would get out the knitting and crocheting needles. Then i was introduced to soap making. Wow, talk about mental health medicine. I was in my glory. I felt like i was creating the most wonderful thing on earth, next to my garden that is. My husband and kids keep telling me to get out there and sell, sell, sell. I have attended a few craft shows and like it. I will be working on a web page, God only knows how long that will take.
But along with the soap i love making things, especiallly from things I find. Either in nature or second hands stores. I love cooking. I love gardening, I love laughing, I love my kids, my husband and our two very interesting mini shnauzers. I love the way the sun makes everything look, I love fires, I love bees, and everything in my garden, even the weeds, the butterflies, the humming birds, i love the way the squirrels drive my dogs crazy, I love picking my own grapes, and everything else edible, I love the way cilantro makes my mouth water as I brush by it, I love thunderstorms, I love running in the summer rain, I love fresh flowers in the house, I love it when I can capture a moment on film, the perfect picture, I love hugs, I love movies that make me cry and laugh, I love the sound of snow crunching under my feet,
and apparently i love blogging.......... so on that note I will call it a day, and look forward to tomorrow.
